Salary Range depending on experience circa £55-£60k pa (full time – based in the UK)

A unique and exciting opportunity is available for a confident and experienced fundraiser with a proven track record to join a dynamic and growing organisation.

Care for Children has a new and ambitious vision to see ‘a world of children in families’.

The role will be based in the UK working closely with Care for Children’s HQ in Norwich that serves the organisation’s growing global project acitivity.

If successful you will be asked to develop our global fundraising strategy to reach challenging targets, working alongside our fundraising offices in Singapore, USA, Hong Kong and the UK.

The ideal candidate should have multi-year experience as an income generator and be a target-driven individual. Experience in building key relationships, previous success in raising substantial funds, and ability to influence are vital for this role. Other attributes would include a keen eye for detail, the capacity to think both creatively and strategically, and strong interpersonal leadership qualities.

UK Office HR & Administration Officer

Location: Norwich (On-site)
Renumeration: £24,000 - £26,000 based on experience
Hours: Full-time
Duration: Permanent contract

Care for Children has an exciting new position available for someone with HR experience, who has excellent administrative and organisational abilities that can also be applied to general office management and event support.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone based in Norfolk who is interested in being involved in international development work.

There will be rich and varied opportunities to be involved in the charity’s project activities, but this role will prioritise the human resources of its UK headquarters, as well as provide support in an administrative capacity towards Care for Children’s international conferences, UK-based fundraising events, and in engaging supportive organisations such as churches.
