Position: Marketing Manager
Location: Norwich, UK
I. Purpose for the Job
To lead Care for Children’s marketing and communications, growing awareness, deepening supporter engagement and driving fundraising income through compelling digital, event and campaign activity.
II. Key Objectives
  • Develop and deliver the annual marketing plan.
  • Manage website, social media, email campaigns and online presence.
  • Create powerful campaigns and storytelling content.
  • Lead marketing at key events (especially Christian conferences and fundraising events).
  • Measure performance and optimise all activity.
III. Impact of Results
Increases visibility of Care for Children’s vision, grows our supporter community and generates the funds needed to place thousands more children into loving families every year.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years’ marketing experience.
  • Strong digital marketing skills (website, social media, email, analytics).
  • Proven success in event marketing.
  • Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling ability.
  • Hands-on with tools (Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva, Hootsuite etc.)
  • Passion for seeing every child in a family.
