Position: Project Facilitator
Location: Thau Thien Hue, Vietnam
I. Purpose for the Job
The Project Facilitator oversees Family Care Model implementation at our site in Hue, fostering community engagement and supporting the overall goal of family placement.
II. Key Objectives
- Build relationships with project partners.
- Facilitate project plans and implementation.
- Enhance partners' capacity in Family Care implementation.
- Identify and mobilize local resources.
III. Impact of Results
Ensures smooth project implementation, promoting child placement into local families.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Social Sciences or relevant field.
- Experience in social work or community development.
- Strong facilitation skills and understanding of child protection services.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
