Care for Children Gives Back to Local Children in Norfolk
31 August 2017

Our vision to see a million children moved from orphanages in Asia into local, loving families. What makes our charity unique is that we partner with local governments, and so far, the work we do has impacted over 300,000 children across China and Thailand. We most recently launched our newest project in Vietnam. Our UK office has been based in Norwich since 2011, and we want to give something back to the local community, while raising awareness about the plight of orphaned and abandoned children in Asia.

With this in mind, we have agreed to be the match sponsor for Great Yarmouth Town FC’s FA Cup tie with Chesham Utd FC this Saturday (2nd September). So that everybody can experience the magic of the FA Cup, this match will be particularly family-focused, and we have arranged raffle prizes and the attendance of a former Norwich City star. A group of local children will also get to attend the match and meet the players.

Tickets are just £6 or £4 for concessions, and the match will be held at The Wellesley, Sandown Road, Great Yarmouth. Kick-off is at 3pm
